Category -- General
Welcome to our first blog. This being said I think it would be a good idea to tell you a little about Blunt & Ploom International, What CBD is and the health benefits it has to CBD users.
The company was founded by David Zulch, after a long road of trying to find alternative pain medication for his Spinal disease. David tried most alternative medications until he found CBD; the problem he faced was finding a brand that actually did what it said on the tin! So identifying this gap in the market, he went on to source the best products possible from around the world, on his journey he connected with myself, Zak Resinato and Lenny Howlett. Excited by the pure passion David had for the product and the desire to create a company focused on Premium products and education around CBD in general. we joined him on his mission and Blunt & Ploom International was born.
All our products are fully tested by a certified laboratory with a certificate of analysis (COA) to give our customers peace of mind on exactly what level of CBD is in all our products. Blunt&Ploom International will be a leader in the supply of Cannabis derived products coupled with an educational platform for people to use across the world and work towards real – life impacts on customer welfare and quality of life through our Premium range of products.
“A company that’s helping shape the future of Cannabis derived products by Innovation and Education.”
That’s enough about us, so what exactly is CBD and what are the health benefits?
CBD is one of over 100 Cannabinoids present in the cannabis plant family. It is extracted from the flowers & leaves of the Cannabis Sativa L (Industrial Hemp) plant. It is non-psychoactive, and has been demonstrated as being biologically active. Hemp is grown legally all over the UK for its incredibly strong and versatile fiber, delicious and nutritious seed products and CBD content. Modern strains of black market cannabis can be considered quite separate from these plant varieties.
Currently, cannabidiol faces an education and stigma problem as the general population conflates CBD with the effects of other cannabis products. However, most CBD products do not contain THC or contain a very small amount, so users do not get high as if they were using other marijuana products. In the UK, the legal limit of THC in CBD products is 0.2%. Therefore, a large push to make CBD more well known to the general population is taking place.
Below you will see a list of all the potential benefits CBD can have:
- ARTHRITIS FIBROMYALGIA
- ACNE RELIEF
- SLEEP AID
- ANXIETY RELIEF
- PAIN RELIEF
- SMOKING CESSATION
- CROHN’S DISEASE
TOP TIP: When you buy any CBD products, make sure the company can provide you with a certificate of analysis (COA) to confirm the exact level of CBD.
